Zoom Seminar with Jeff Espinous 12-.13.12.2020
A martial arts seminar on Zoom? Does that make any sense?
It does! We have tested it with a great instructor camp via Zoom in October.
All you need is a minimum of 2 X 3 meters and a partner.
In this seminar Jeff Espinous, founder of Kali Silat Evolution will give you great exercises you can do alone and with one partner to stay fit and train martial arts during the Covid Lockdown. We will be focussing on Single Stick and Silat / Panantukan.
This seminar is open to all martial artists interested in Kali Escrima Arnis / Silat / Filipino Boxing.
