Training Gear to bring:
Sticks, Softsticks, Training Knife, Boxing Gloves, Focus Gloves, Protection (mouth, groin, shin, eyes...). Martial Arts Uniform.
Bring your sparring gear including helmet and protection, if you are interested in some sparring games and exercises (optional).
You train at your own risk and take responsibility for your training partner.
